In addition to services, BizBuild offers informational products such as eBooks, webinars, and instructional guides aimed at improving business skills and knowledge.

BizBuild may offer physical goods related to business development, including printed materials and branded merchandise.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Refunds for services may be available under certain conditions. If a scheduled service is canceled by BizBuild, you may request a full refund or opt to reschedule the service for a later date without additional charges. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form within 7 days following cancellation or unsatisfactory completion.

Due to the nature of live business training and personalized consulting, services that have been fully delivered as agreed are generally non-refundable. This policy ensures the commitment of time and resources by both parties and maintains the integrity of the training process.

4.2 Informational Products

Informational products such as digital downloads are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Once accessed, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the content. Requests for refunds should be made through the contact form.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase if they are in original condition and packaging. Returned items should be sent to the address below at the expense of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods.

5. Service Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule booked services by contacting BizBuild using the contact form. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not apply to all program types.
